The Anti Narcotic cell of the college has been constituted to ensure a drug-free campus by imposing a total ban on the possession or use of drugs and alcohol by students of the college, within the campus.
The duties of the Anti-Narcotic cell include educating and enabling students to reject illicit drugs, preventing the use and distribution of illicit drugs among students, motivating students to become volunteers of anti-narcotic activities in their life, organizing awareness programs about the harmful social and health effects of illicit drug use, making students aware of strong anti-drug law enforcement, encouraging peer policing among students against the use of drugs, reporting any noticed use of drugs by the students to the anti-Narcotic cell, and ensuring a drug-free campus.
The cell envisages every student of the college to be goal-oriented and innovative in protecting oneself and others against drugs and alcohol.
