Associate Professor in Economics.,

She had her graduation from PSGR Krishnammal College, Coimbatore, Post graduation from PSG College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore and M.Phil from University of Madras. She Completed her Ph.D in Presidency College, Chennai and obtained MBA from IGNOU.

She has more than 25 years of teaching experience and her area of specialization includes Business Economics, Indian Economy and International Economics.

Ph.D. Thesis Title:

“Gender Budgeting and Development of Women in Tamil Nadu – (A Study with reference to Dr.Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity Benefit Scheme) ” (Economics).
