He possesses a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, an MPhil. in Tourism Management with 25 years of experience in the academic and industry fields. Mr. Lawrence’s area of expertise is food production and he specializes in South Indian cuisine. Mr. Lawrence is a member of SICA (South Indian Culinary Association). He was awarded a Life-time Achievement Award in Education from Hotel Education and Restaurant Association (HERA). He has delivered many guest lectures on various topics at different colleges.
