Ms. Esther Jothi Shelcia a Post graduate in Human Nutrition, is highly motivated to desire with strong worth ethics and adaptability, teaches Nutrition and Food Science, Food Safety and Quality in the hotel and catering department. Prior to joining us, she was a Dietician with a reputed fitness centre and wellness clinic. Her research project Prevalence of Iron deficiency among women of different age groups aimed in bringing awareness among women and educate them about the importance of foods rich in iron , folic acid to avoid iron deficiency by cost effective methods.
